I messaged the owner and she completely understood what I wanted, created a rendering which was exactly what I had imagined and I had the pillow cases two days later. Wow! I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but this product and customer service blew me away. I love the elegance of a white-on-white monogram; and this one was perfect. But Cece’s customer service far exceeded my expectations: *I made the custom order and it was mailed the NEXT day. *Nicely packaged with a HANDWRITTEN note. I highly recommend this Etsy merchant.
